Fraud By Company Staff And Not Update Account

Cashe has not closing my account and not cancel auto debit from my account after paying full amount as his said letter and not response in email whatsapp. Due to auto debit bank has charged so many time i have loss till the time around 5000 rs and not closings my account so my credit score is also going down.

I complained the same jn many ways. No one is responding. It is not resolved yet.cashe app is not wrking. Took all the documents with e sign from m uh end. Still money not credited to account. The message I am receiving is transfer failed. Tried sending many emails. Not resolved yet. Please consider CLN 9686417 The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant. Loan amount not credited I applied for 430000credit limit on 25th April 2023 and got my credit limit approval on 25th April 2023 afterwards .customer representative called and asked to e sign insurance. Cleared everything from my end. But the amount was jig credited. Then today got a call from the customer representative told to apply for a smaller amount, even tried with that. Now I applied for the loan amount transfer in my account but it's not been credited to my account also showing in process in the app but EMI dates are showing on the app. Also mailed several times to support team did not get any update. Harassment For Recovery

I have taken the personal loan with cashe for 6 month emi with cashe, I have paid all my 5 month EMI on time. Due to some reason I have lost my job so cashe has given me a insurance that if any how I'll be having any issue due to covid or job change. I can claim that policy to clear my due emi of Cashe, So I have requested them to calme that amount as I am not working any more I have lost my job they didn't accept that claim, and now they were abusing my relatives and parents for that.
